My wife wants to go camping this weekend, which means Car Camping. I would have done a hike this week, but my ankle is still talking to me from the last one.

Car camping is even worse with small kids as I have to do and pack everything. I am just the pack mule I guess. Oh well, it is all worth it. I can think of worse things that I have to do!
I just like being outside, in the mountains, fresh air (haven't had enough of that this year in Montana, just smoke, smoke and more smoke), the sound of running water.
My wife has MS and a really bad knee (talking possible full knee replacement and we aren't even 40 yet!) so camping with her means car camping.
Our other option is camping at our family getaway which gives us the option of a quick, no-packing getaway for a night or two.
