Good to know that it’s getting cold again. That crazy guy was crazy! Your camera works well at night. It sure was... on top of that hill was absolutely fantastic! The group photo was really good. Great place and a great video to go with it! Thanks for the video, FireInMyBones!

I am so glad to see the cooler weather again...at least in the mountains. I want it all over, but I am just impatient.

Yes he was. I cut out the explicatives as to keep the video PG.

The camera does not pick up detail very well without ambient light. It can pick up light, but not much else. It was already pretty light when I shot the first bit of video that looks dark. There is about a 30-45min window that you can see with your eyes but not with the camera.

The group photo took 3 tries, but I'm glad it worked. It is a great place. Thanks for your kind words. You're welcome.

Good to see some old friends and some I've yet to meet out on the ALT....

Crazy guy yelling. Funny and scary.

**** Noticed that the audio was out of synch with the video. Not sure what your editing program is but sometimes if you "detach" the audio it will fix it.had that happen to me once or twice. I was using iMovie but has not happened in a while.
Loved that sun-up on the Moun-teen.
You had some good company there.

Thanks for the great video FIMB. Really enjoyed meeting you and also thanks for being the guide on this hike. Not sure if that is what you wanted to do but you did a good job never the less! Little bit of everything on this hike: feast, bushwhack, crazy guy picking a fight with Satan, beautiful weather and rain...

Great trip report - thanks for the shout out.

What were all those clearings from? Fire or clear cutting?

Funny now, scary then. Not what I'm used to being woken up by.

I do not see any of the audio issues, but I hope they do not show back up anymore.

Yeah, I was not expecting to be the guide, but it worked out just right. I am looking forward to reading your version of this trip. You have a way with words. And yes, a little bit of everything.

The clearings are form a big fire several years back as far as I know. And yeah the shout out indicates the same kind of trail magic you came across.

It is a must do. Plan for your water carefully. And know how to use a map and compass, the trails get tricky sometime.

Best of luck with the upcoming child.

They sure do. Very different mindset than I've been used to recently, but a lot of fun to be sure.
