    It was at a campground in Tellico Plains, TN back in 2009. There was a group "enjoying" a motorcycle rally.

    It would appear that they had more than just rain they were dealing with...



    It was "dry"





    But it looks like it got bad fast. Almost as if a dam somewhere broke...





    That poor green tarp, in detail...





    It doesn't appear to be that deep, but it was too deep for just a tarp!
