    Love my new Tadpole

Just wanted to say thanks to Marty and the guys for doing such a great job. Got my new tadpole on Friday and I've already got to test it out in a really good rain storm. It kept me (and my dog) nice and dry! My other hammocks are Hennessy Expeditions with the stock fly, so in comparison it's like I'm in a house. Love it.

    Talking Tadpole : )

Congrats on getting the Tadpole.... I have been in plenty of storms with it and never getting damp. The coverage is great at such a light weight tarp.

Are you going to replace the HH tarp with the tadpole? I am thinking aboutdoing something similar. I want a tarp with 2 tieouts on the side like this so I can tie it out to trees and have a "porch".

I will still use my HH tarp on my expedition, but the tadpole is for the LiteOwl. This thing is awesome. Great coverage and packs down pretty small. I've had the opportunity to spend the night through a couple of storms already and it has done a great job. Even the dog stays dry (he's happy about that)

Hey Caveman, could you give me the measurement between the two side tie out points? I'm looking at one of these for a project I have in mind.

I'll try and remember to measure when I get home.

According to my measurements, the side tie outs are 5'8" apart. Hope that helps.
