    I was thinking

Well, I was sitting here reading "The Ultimate Hang" and came across a statement that I have heard here a few times, "two people can't sleep comfortably in one hammock". Well I had also just watched one of Shug's vids with his bridge hammock. So I was thinking a double bridge design might work for two people. Now I have never even been in a bridge hammock so I am just spitballing here.

Basically it would be two bridge hammocks sewn together, except the middle wall would only be 1/4 or 1/2 height. That way each person has their own separate sleeping spot, but it would be easy for them to interact and share gear. Now obviously this would be pretty big and bulky, so it would really only be good for car camping. Has anyone tried something like this before?

Cool! I wasn't planning on making one, because I don't have anyone to hang with. I just thought it was a cool Idea.

You people KILL ME! Is there NOTHING that has not already been thought of and discussed here, using math, cat curves, and ripstop? If you dig deep enough... Prego, it's in there!

It's like that movie with Sean Connery where he found the cure for cancer but could not remember where he put it.

I thought there was another forum member that built a double bridge as well, but I can't remember off the top of my head who it was.

My wife snores every night next to me in bed. Why would I possibly want to hang next to her?
