    WB Mamajamba or OES Deluxe

Trying to make some decisions. I want a three season tarp that gives some protection when needed. It looks like the mamajamba has more protection along the ridgeline and width. However, the cat cut eliminates the need for pullouts? Right?!? Looking for someone with experience using one or the other, or both.

I dont have either, but tarp pullouts just give you more room underneath. I can't wait to need my large tarp and mod it with some...

I have both in Spinn. The cat cuts on the OES are a bit "sharper.". Personally I feel the mamajamba gives a little more coverage, but both are works of art. And get the side panel pull outs. You will be glad you did.

I have a big mammajamba in spin for sale if you are interested. It has never been used, although I've had it up a couple of times. Never been wet

I bought it in late 2010 when the Spinn was still high quality. I hate to see it go but I alway use my cuben tarp now

$130. I'll ship CONUS. Send a PM if interested.

I also have a set of sol doors for the tarp.
    $50 for the set

EDIT: both the tarp and doors are sold.

the pullouts are to give you more room by pulling the sides away from your hammock, I love having side pull outs.

no, the cat cuts just tighten things up, the MJ still comes with panel pulls in case of heavy wind
