i was on amazon looking at travel hammocks and found this thing. for $40, i kinda want to get one just to test it out, even though everyone says it's crap, and is a pain to set up. i'm curious

Looking at the pictures, it doesn't seem to be a bridge hammock. It looks more like a regular hammock with some kind of spreader bar. I would question how comfortable it could be. But, I have no direct experience with this hammock.
It's a remake of the old military issue jungle hammocks.

hmmm....that's kinda cool actually. but yeah it looks kind of like a floating cot with an attached bug net. i get paid soon, so if i end up getting it, i will make sure to do a review.
Might make an ok backyard hammock, but the bed and netting both being cotton I dont think I'd even want to take it car camping.

yeah me neither. i would just be for lounging around the house, or maybe an okay hammock for when friends/family visit.
