    I miss the cold LOL

    Is it winter yet?

    man i can't wait for some cold weather backpacking and camping
    It puts the Underquilt on it's hammock ... It does this whenever it gets cold

    I'm just waiting for the lows to at least make it into the 60's.
    Most of us end up poorer here but richer for being here. Olddog, Fulltime hammocker, 365 nights a year.

    i was out a week ago and it was a nice night ... i love the fall
    but cold weather hanging is the best

    i hope it's nice and cool for my hike coming up on the 22nd
    It puts the Underquilt on it's hammock ... It does this whenever it gets cold

    Three straight days of triple digit temps this past week. I so want to get out and go camping but I am guessing another four weeks. We really need a cold winter to kill off all the mosquitoes as well.

    Now that I've geared up pretty well for winter hammock hanging, I am the opposite. I want to have the view that non-Canadians have for Canada. Namely 9 months of winter with 3 months of bad skiing.

    I want at least 1 meter of snow to stay in Southern Ontario from mid December through the end of March.
