Motorcycling, diving, hanging...what could be better ;>
At one of my favorite dive spots, I have long intended to use a beachside pavilion (which is not used at night) for a protected hang.
The occasion finally presented itself last week. I had the pleasure of completing my oldest son's Jr. Scuba Divers license (I'm an instructor).
We also had the added pleasure of making the trip on my bike.
Mt Fuji was obscured by clouds, but it was a fantastic two days of diving, punctuated by a fantastic hang, bookended by a nice ride in warm weather.

As an aside, I've not treated our hammocks with Permethrin yet this season. I was definitely bothered by the skeeters that night. Despite having a double layer bottom, I could hear the rascals below my head (no pillow) and got a few bites on my back.
My son was in a single layer, but I rigged him up with an UQ, so no bites...
