    Olympic NP

    Hows it hangin in Olypmic NP, heading there is a week or so... Looking at Hoy River for 4-5 days and maybe a 2-3 day coastal...

    Appreciate any input...

    boarderline no joke though thems what youll deal with, i think it would be cool to see how fat a pair one could find, that could be a new kind of record we keep round these parts.

    Check out the blue glacier on Mt. Olympus. Bring a fly rod if you fish. I hear there's big dollyvarden in the Hoh.

    You can camp as close as a mile north of Rialto beach. (West of the town of Forks)
    I think the name of the creek at the delineation is Ellen Creek.
    That area is awesome. Go north from there as far as you can, and return, or go to Shi Shi Beach and hike south.
    Or do the Lake Ozette loop.

    Going up the Hoh it is flat, basically, for 12 miles then climbs up.
    This time of year ought to see a LOT of berries.

    Thanks everyone.... Strap material arrived today for 6 sets of 14' straps... Fishing rod is packed, so is camera with 32G card for lots of pictures....

    You're going to have to hang on trees less than 4.45 feet in diameter with 14' straps.
