Cuban fiber Tarps

I see the plus value of the Cuban tarps ,for those that say Silnylon tarps leak I have not experienced that problem ever! I sold my Cuban so I could afford Quilts ! I have three kids and money is not just laying around . DIY has been a great exsperience for me because Hammock camping is very exspensive if your not making the gear yourself ! I started this to see what people saw in Cuban tarps thanks everyone for your input!

For the first time on a recent one week hike I had my Superfly starting to leak, Woke up one morning with a soaked pillow. and I did use silicon sealant, but it was about a year ago I sealed the pull outs.. Don't have this problem with my Cuben Tarp.

What would we do without good ol' Cuben fiber. Light, strong and screams i spend way too much money on gear!

There not that loud.
I live in tropical environment that receives a lot of rain and I live under a tin roof. I can vouch the tin roof is a lot louder than my Cuben Tarp.
