    DIY mesh snakeskins

For my first DIY project I want to make some mesh snake skins for my HG CF Winter Palace. I have some mesh skins to my WBBMJ but the are too tight for my CF tarp.
My plan is to make a one piece python skin. My question is how much fabric do I need to order and what type thread will I need ?
    Thanks

You want polyester thread. For your length you want your ridgeline length + a few inches + hem on both ends + 8-10" so you can put a pocket on each end to stow your suspension lines.

If you want to make it out of tulle I'd be happy to send you some, just pm me your address.
