Thanks for the input, cfi. I also like the idea of being able to go to ground if need be. I don't know if the pad moving around would be so much of an issue for me, though, as I'd probably carry a small pad in addition to an underquilt if I was worried about going to ground at all. Also, there are some things you can do to try and keep a pad put (like putting a few dabs of hot glue on the bottom of the pad), but it seems you moved on anyhow. Again, thanks for your input. I have every intention of attending the newly-"announced" Colorado hang where I suspect I'll be able to test them both plenty, thanks to the awesome people of HF, and be able to HOPEFULLY make a decision.

    Extremely good review

Despite your limited use so far, this review was valuable to me, as I consider whether to upgrade from my HH Explorer Deluxe asym to either a WBBB or a WBRR.

I like that you note no shoulder tightness in the WBRR.

An update from CFI would be handy( though he may have already done so in another thread) because this great comparison was 1 year ago.

This thread helped me to decide on the WBRR. BUT Mostly, it's a toss-up. Thanks for all your contributions of info and discussion. I am 6'2", 210 lb. I ordered a double layer. The WB site say about one week backlog. I will be surprised
    if it's not more.

I think you will like the Ridgerunner. I only wish they came about 3" wider in the middle.
