I was scouting around the neighborhood for a good spot to hang. The best spot I found was down by the lake. there are two good sized oaks about 18 feet apart and only a little brush in the way. I was going to clear out the brush but, there were 3 big dead widow makers that would be directly overhead. They were 25 to 30 feet high so I could not get them down. A real bummer because it is a perfect spot.

Well thanks to Hurricane Isaac all three dead limbs are down. I pulled them into the lake for fish habitat. With a little brush cutting it will be perfect. The spot is only 300 feet from my house and since mine is the last house on the street it will be like my private spot. It is a subdivision use area, but no one ever uses the area.

It looks like a lot of slope but it is OK.
