Never Far From the Planet!

Just got in from a week in the back country and want to send a “cap-in-hand” Thanks to Wintec for a valued piece of gear I’ve become very attached to!

I’ve been devoted to DIY & TDF (Textile Derived Fabrication) since joining HF. In 2010, I fabricated an oversized custom BB Clone (in digi-cam) and have been making/using my own hammocks ever since….save the one I literally have with me all the time!
Back in March, I received a package from Wintec Trading in the Netherlands containing a Planet Hammock. Over the past 6 months I’ve taking this hammock everywhere I go, back country, car camping, kayaking/canoeing, wildlife photography & day hikes...I use it as a quick deploy seat on the trail or day lounger all the time, I have enjoyed every conscious, subconscious and unconscious minute in it…Thanks Wintec, great hammock Mate!
