    Baffle tip

    I just want to pass along a tip I used for my baffles.

    Instead of cutting noseeum into strips, I bought a spool of decorative ribbon (possibly organza but not labeled) from Walmart.

    It was on the craft aisle. The ribbon is 2" wide and has a wire running down each edge. When I cut my baffles the wires pulled out easily. I think 10 yards is about $3-4. I used one and a half spools. Plus, the inside of my UQ has pink baffles with sparkles.

    @Chickenwing.
    By inside, I mean the inside so they can only see it during construction.

    Yeah. but just the fact that it is pink with sparkles makes it better (seen or unseen)

    Folks have definitely come up with some innovative ways to avoid the tedium of cutting baffle strips! Next time I make a quilt, I will get something like this and cut it to the desired width while on the spool:
