    Cheers guys, I'm very happy with how it turned out (all thanks to this forum), and was quite surprised when I first zipped it up from inside and there was no loud ripping noise!

    I have something similar to that tag Beast, it's attached to the back of my head torch (I still lose the stupid thing), finding the zip pull isn't a problem (although I'm a sucker for magical luminous things so I'll be buying some), it's that I once woke up with my heels supported by bugnet rather than ripstop, but couldn't tell what was wrong til I switched my headtorch on. Black on black with a dark green tarp as a background just made things hard to see.

    I could make the next one (oh, the madness) with tighter edges on the ripstop, but the edges the way they are maximise the width of the sleeping area. It's not a major issue, I'll probably get used to it, either that or my feet will go through the bugnet one night and I'll get eaten by the dreaded Scottish midgies.
