    Have fun and stay dry.

....Glad you found an Ohio Hiking group. If I could stretch out my steroid shots or not have them at all so I could loose some of this weight that I'm not used too, I'd love to join some of the hiking groups I've read about. As of right now, well the past 4 years, it's a no go. Still have hopes that it changes though.

    Howdy!

I am going to be building a Top Quilt tonight (material arrived yesterday). If I can get it together today, Ill be planning on leaving work to head over that way tomorrow in the early afternoon...which should put me at the park by (hopefully) dinner time. What time do Yall expect to arrive Friday?

    Thanks!

I probably won't be there until after sundown. I am planning on running over to the kiosk to register, and just night hiking in.

I replied back to your PM and hopefully answered all of your questions. Sounds like you may be in for a long night of sewing I seem to work better under a crunch....usually self induced last minute crunches

I hope to be there by 3....I'd like to say 2, but it's us and it just doesn't seem to ever work out that way.

Much swearing... the sewing went great until time to do some kind of footbox.

I decided to use Gorilla tape to mock up the foot box and make sure it was how I wanted it before sewing. BAD IDEA. That stuff is REALLY hard to get off ripstop... .and leave a residue that makes it harder to sew. I got it togeather.... but I have a really pretty TQ with a really ugly foot box. Ill probally seam rip it, clean it, and re sew it later.. but at least it should do the job.

Im not sure what time I will arrive... probally between 6 and 8... depending on how some last minute errans take. I am taking off work at 1... but its a 3 hour drive, and I need to stop for lunch and pick up some food I can cook on the trail on the way. Unless I get lasy and settle on hiking out to McDonnalds

Diva, Thank you for the replies yesterday... they where very helpful! I thought there I might not be able to do it because I hurt my back while crawling around on the floor with Scissors and sharpies.... but it seems to have calmed down now.

btw... Is Ham Mike really a Ham? 73!

Looks nice Mike!! Wish I were there Even with the rain, but Gutter is glad to be home...he was bored out of his mind. I don't know what I'm going to do about resealing my entire tarp? (and I have two of those **** Gear Guides...and we've had such good luck with them, that I was going to order another. NOT NOW!) I'm on the hunt to search that out today. I may just have to make my own.

I think k5bpc and I are going to head into Loudonville in a bit to grab lunch. If anyone is on the way here, we'll probably be gone for an hour or so.
