what can you tell me about the kilt?

Not sure there is much to tell. I bought it about 2 weeks ago at an "All Sales Final" clearance sale and made the mistake of not trying it on first. I wear size 38 pants and the size Large kilt is just a bit too tight.

Looks like priority shipping to Canada would probably be about $13 assuming it would fit in a small flat rate box or large flat rate envelope. If you pay $5 for shipping I would cover the rest. I could also mail first class without tracking and cover the full shipping cost.
