Also wanted to check with any of the Louisiana people if they know if there is any restrictions on any of the parks in Louisiana regarding with hanging hammocks?

Hey welcome neighbor, man hammock are catching on in LA. the hang is going to be a great place to see a whole lot of whats out there. Really hope you can make it. If not there are a couple of us really close that can help. Happy hanging and hope to meet you soon.

No hang restrictions in the state as far as I know.

Depends on the park, I have hung in Fontainbleau, but Fairview is against it. I have hung at Kincaid, which is a rec area in Kisatchie National Forest with no problems.

This is the hammock I hung in for 2 months in Benin Africa. Loved it. No bug net or anything just off!
