I will have at least an extra blackbird, tarp, and exped downmat to share. I plan to basically throw a bunch of crap into a huge duffel bag and call it good.

Hi... I am a newbie/lurker living in the Denver area....
I am 90% on coming up to Burning Bear for at least Friday night...
I have an ENO-DN, and using a thermorest pad wrapped in a fleece comforter, which worked pretty well in my backyard (was considering making an Insultex UQ, but won't be ready by next weekend).
As far as a tarp, I am hoping my tent rainfly will convert, but as a backup I have a blue monster.....
Soo... looking forward to meeting some of you, and getting some ideas on what great gear I can spend money on!!!
Welcome to the forums Lance - can't wait to meet you at the hang! There will definitely be LOTS of things to spend money on. Hammocking is an expensive hobby if you're a gear nut
I've been keeping the first post updated with people who are attending, however the forum settings only allow you to make edits for a certain amount of time after a post is created, and we have passed that time. If any of you mods would like to go through once every day or two and update the first thread, it would be appreciated.
Thanks....
Obviously my first post was not a complete success (posting a reply ICEMan's post, rather than the general Topic) but will eventually get the "hang"of it...

I'm thinking of bringing some St. Louis Ribs and the last bu---BISON strip steak. Another Coleman 2 burner can come too. What about camp fires? The powers that be still spooked about anything with a flame? And what did you have in mind, Lance? I lost my e-mail when I retired, so That PM business no longer works.
we should be able to have a fire, the ban is now lifted and they have metal fire rings there in the campground
Groovin' !! It just isn't camping without a camp fire. The ribs are in the freezer, cooked. All we gotta do is thaw them out and warm 'em up. YUM..
