Is this considered "thread hyjacking" if it's your own question .

If your able to win one....and anymore that is a big "IF" since everyone here has discovered them over the past year. Bloomingdales king size My Luxe pillow. It is 800 down, and you can easily get 4, 20 degree, 3/4 length underquilts out of that. It took me almost a year to try to win them, but I finally did and thrilled with the outcome. They usually advertise them as Blooming My Luxe pillows and make sure it's the two pack. It is really, really nice stuff.

We have suppliers here too that sell some really good stuff. I'll let the others chime in with those links and prices. I'm thinking about 6.50 per ounce, but that was still out of my price range for 3 underquilts.

Hey bushcraftbasics, my sincere apologies for the angry response- I was trying for level headed, but it obviously came out wrong, which I can see on hindsight.

I just get really frustrated by the general opinion that ropes are OK suspension to include on hammocks (see many vendors- though not the good ones).

Thanks for including the disclaimer on your youtube page- is it possible to include one on the ebay listing?

I guess what I was trying to say is: the evidence is out, but the perception is what counts.

    Welcome!

Let's thread hijack some more. What kind of bushcraft knife and axe do you use?
Just kidding. I'm trying to get you interested in becoming a donating member where for $10 you can get access to other topics like cutlery or camp kitchen. Give it some thought.
