Great Video. I miss being in Duluth and seeing Superior everyday.

I liked the drive to your walk, I got to see the country side, didn’t like the camp sites with the trains, really liked all the music! All looks to be secure in sector 13, that section of the SHT is famous, so is Lake Superior! Thoughs orange leaves are amazing! A B, B, B, BEAR! Aren't the black bears the dangerous one? That was great, it must be one of the top 10 best places on earth to hike, thanks for the video, db!

That is one challenging stretch of trail. You and your father in law are better men then I to get that kind of millage on those up and downs! Still that is my favorite stretch of the SHT.

Thanks, I am very lucky to have a father-in-law that will go on my crazy adventures with me!

Cat Stevens - "Miles From Nowhere" It's an amazing song and the link below is the real version of the song. Check it out if you haven't heard it! I found myself singing it a few times while hiking.

Thanks Trevor for the route help and congrats on your Thru Hike! It was great meeting up on the trail and being one of your "food drops".

It sure isn't a Shug or Fronkey production but a taste of the SHT nonetheless!

Bruciehi5, the site was actually pretty nice, but I could have done without the trains! Actually black bears are usually pretty scared of people and would rather run away from you, unless you stand between her and her cubs. Grizzly Bears are usually the ones to look out for but we don't have any of those in Minnesota. I'm glad you like the music!! I enjoy watching your videos too.
