Mountain Goat No-see-um Tarp Sleeves..WORK of ART!!

I just got my set of sleeves (skins) and they are incredible! I asked for pockets at the end for my guy lines and each end has a cinch cord to keep the sleeve from riding up the tarp. These things are a work of art! They are worth every penny and more. I highly recomend getting a set.

Ditto: I love my pair of snake skins as well.

I don't remember if this was a "Mod" or not, but she put small pockets at the ends of my snake skins (as well) so that I could have a place to store my ridge line cord ends. I highly recommend the small end pockets because, before I had the pockets; my ridge line cord ends dangled everywhere in my pack and were a mess to get untangled.

I just got some...they are awesome! Quality work and fast delivery. They make setting up and taking down my tarp much easier (especially if there's any wind).

Besides the obvious answer, being weight, what is the benefit to tarp sleeves being made out of being and not silnylon?
