    Go to the dentist, ASAP!!

People die from dental abscesses. The infection can spread to your brain. You cannot clean out the infection because it's inside your tooth. Ice and salt water only diminish the symptoms. Even antibiotics are temporary, and the infection will return with a vengeance shortly because you have to treat the source of the infection... the cavity that has led to infection due to the pathway for bacteria to enter the root of the tooth.

You're going to get either a root canal or a pulled tooth. Root canals let you keep the tooth after a crown. They aren't a big deal either pain- or cost-wise today. But even if that wasn't true, both are preferable to dying.

I can understand this. I am sleeping in my hammock outside tonight in the rain. With a tarp of course. Friday I had 6 teeth pulled. and I slept in it last night also

In 5 hours the dentist will be boring in through the side of my jaw to remove a bit of infection at the root tip/jaw (apicoectomy). Halcion is my friend...I won't have a clue what's going on.
