    Rain and an abscessed tooth

Since I got my tarp a couple of weeks ago its only rained while I have been at work. That is until today. So I run to camp( across the street from the house) set the tarp and hammock up. My wife comes home scolds me like a five year old for being out there in my condition.

So here I am with a coffee watching the rain come down from inside the house. Ugh!!!ImageUploadedByTapatalk1348855915.183885.jpg

Nice setup! Looks good from inside (the house) doesn't it, ha ha! Been there, but eventually pissed her off to the point she suggested I leave . . .

    Which is always

I wonder what it's like living with a complete inability to recognize the awesomeness of things--these guys know (wait till the end):

Hope the teeth get to feeling better, and may you some day get to enjoy your tarp
You're gonna need a bigger hammock

Too bad Joe and Buzz are taking a hiatus.

To the OP...what the heck does the tooth have to do with the hammock and rain?

By relaxing in the hammock you are reducing the stress on the rest of your body, thereby allowing you body to focus on healing of the teeth. Teeth probably wouldn't even have an absess if you had hung more.
Keep movin', keep believing and enjoy the journey!

Grannypat - I like the way you think.

gmcttr - I have quite the infection going on. Can't bend over with out my jaw and right ear feeling like they are going to explode. My wife was worried about me overdoing it playing with the tarp for the first time in a rain storm. I'm playing for it now let me tell you. Ice is my friend.

I had an abbsessed tooth last week, found swisshing/soaking it with salt water several times made the swelling and pain go down almost overnight.

edit: i was reading about how the salt water would DRAW out the bad stuff.
