Looks sharp! Not sure I'm reading the ridgeline length right though.

I'm pretty sure you are, the 93 inches is not inclusive of the front beak or back triangle though so actual covered area is little bit logner.

Yes the specs that they listed are correct! Further reading/looking at their site you will see the hammock called the Tarseer, which was listed in the OP's first post as the piece that is compatible/designed to work with this tarp!

I find the design of both very intriguing, and I am highly interested in a purchase but I cannot get passed the suspension design! Having to find a "third" tree, or a "trio" of tree's spaced properly to hang this set-up may prove to be more of a challenge than it's worth?????

Either way I very much like the design, thanks for posting! I would enter the contest but I do not have a facebook page, and will most likely never have one (sorry personal reasons)!

I would definately like to see some video footage of this hammock and tarp being set up and someone demonstrating its use. Im not sure how hard finding that third tree would be, but i do see the option for a spreader bar. I like the all in one package but what do you do for the bugs in your face in warmer weather? Please let us see this thing n action!

I did notice after some 'research' - you'd think my gear curiousity would have done so on auto! Very interesting and would love to see some videos of these bad boys in action!

We've actually got video coming up on both rae and tarseer so stay tuned Currently the video is on post production but meanwhile here's some screenshots to answer concernes expressed.

There's a possibility of getting integrated bugnet with tarseer, and we've included attachment point for it inside the rae tarp to allow you to lift it off your face.

Tarseer indeed comes with attachment points for improvised spreader bar making setup with two trees possible

Love the set-up, excellent ingenuity! Would "LOVE" to win/own one, but such is life! FWIW I think your price point is very, very comparable with other full set-up options! Nice job...

I want to see it all in a video too! Very interesting!
I like refried beans. That's why I wanna try fried beans, because maybe they're just as good and we're just wasting time. You don't have to fry them again after all.
