For snake skins I just roll the tarp from the bottom to the top. Last roll throw the guys in and roll them up. Slide one skin on and repeat for the other side.

Great idea!!! I have a diy set of snake skins made out Wal-Mart window curtain sheers. 'Twas left over material from making a DIY bugnet.

I had seen this thread pop up a while back and had been on the lookout for some scrubbies that weren't brightly colored. Came across these at wally world tonight for a buck. They might workout for the camo guys. uploadfromtaptalk1392440366463.jpg

I tried this. I found the scrubbies grabbed every limb, stick, brush, and leaf in the forest.

Just tried this with a green scrubby that I found at the grocery store. Now I wish I bought more as the wife stole mine for her hammock. Tested it on my tarp first and really like it .

I went to a couple of dollar stores searching for DIY Snake Skins / Scubbies/ Scrunchies without success.
Today I scored!!! Soo Cool. Mine are baby blue. 16 feet long. Available in white
purple and pink. I think I need to get the pink.
Now all I need is a tarp. First things first. It's tough being a Newbies.
Just waiting for my quits.otherwise I'd be hanging out tonight. Warmest day of the Winter 55 degrees.
This Hammock Forum sure has helped alot. So many good ideas.
    Thanks Darth Hanger.

I got one the other day. Mine only ended up being about 9-10 feet long so it didn't cover the whole entire tarp.
