GT Dbl actual length 9' ??

I have a GT Double from LL Bean and after finally getting around to measure it (for calc ridgeline purposes ), found it is actually 9 ft long, not 10' 6" ??

Does GT include the channel rope as part of the overall length?

Those advertised specs are meaningless...I'm not even sure any two are the same size. Nice, comfy hammocks, though.

I finally rigged up a ridgeline and it is even more comfortable.
