Keep movin', keep believing and enjoy the journey!

In the depths of winter I finally learned there was in me an invincible summer. [Albert Camus]
The Southern mixed forests are great for bird watching, huh?
When I lived in Little Rock there were woods behind the house I built. I put a huge picture window in the family room to look out on the woods.
One day I saw a black snake making his way across the yard. Suddenly a hawk swooped down and carried it off!
My everyday favorites were Chickadees, Nuthatches, and Titmice. I put nesting boxes up for Downy Woodpeckers but never actually saw one.

Hammocking is for me a state of mind. It's about allowing myself a sense of freedom and wonderment that I rarely get to enjoy. It allows me to go places I never dreamed of when I was tenting. Everything outdoors goes well with hammocks. You are only limited by your imagination.
I bike with my hammock, Hike with it, pack raft and kayak with it. Fish, snowshoe, snowboard, play music, watch movies, sleep, eat and DREAM!
