    Sawyer Squeeze mod

This is my answer to the Sawyer Squeeze. I have done the Aquamira pro pre filter mod work great with the platypus bottles. I also stuck a 2" hose on the end of the nipple on the pro to let sediment settle to the bottom better. My mod is a version of what the Tornado does but with a quick disconnect that will also attach to my hydration hoes disconnect. This setup is very quick and easy also can use the pop up cap and a bottle for quick on trail drinks. Quick disconnects are the auto shut off on both ends Male and female. http://www.usplastic.com/catalog/ite...3885&catid=743

That looks like a very cool and functional mod.

Little more info, Here is a picture of the short tube on the end of the Aquamira Pro in the Platypus. I also included my camp shower attachment, I love this thing its an old MSR shower head. The third pic is it hooked up to my packs hydration hose. Last two are for a Nalgene Cantene (the quick disconnect is different but works with everything).
