    Shug,
Had to watch the vids at home as YouTube is banned at work. It was worth the wait. I also watched the unicycle vids. All were great. You have a creative knack and say things we all want to say but think would be stupid... Okay, I say a lot of the stupid things but only when alone commuting to work - you do it with panache and, luckily for us, on tape. Keep it up.

And thanks for the gear reviews. The PicStick (SticPic?) looks great. I'll have to get one.

Do you use digital still cameras to film versus a "real" camcorder?

Thanks for the entertainment and the serious info, too.

Oh yeah, loved the music, too.

Hey Shug, which site did you go to "Crooked Creek" or "Bear Creek"? I went to Crooked Creek last April. Nice easy hike. I wasn't hammocking at the time so I stayed in the shelter. Lots of wildlife out there. I was spooked several times by white tail deer jumping out in front of me crossing the trail. Lots of predator signs out there too like shredded fur, wolf and coyote poo with fur and bones in it...had to watch the step LOL! I may have to go out there again and try the other site but this time with the hammock.

Hey Pizza .... I went to both sites. surprised by the big shelters so I headed off into the woods. I would recommend Wild river SP as it has some nicer trails to backpack sites .... and not far from the cities.
Hey, give me a shout when you go if you want a possible tag along...

Haha, I think they are. theyre too... Minty. Ew.
Most sour stuff is yucky too.
Fun Dip and Pixie Stix are the best.
oooo, and Peachie O's! [dad hates those ]

and Please! candy is supposed to be fatty.
It's not candy if you have to think about the fatty-ness of it!
Just worry about hiking it off later.

I hear ya on Wild River. That's my favorite park that's close to the Twin Cities. I went there several times last year. I think I covered the whole park. Lot of horse riding traffic out there though so you gotta watch your step avoiding those land mines. I really like the Pine Ridge campsite. I'm itchin' to take the hammock out to that one this spring. Only problem with that site is that it is a first come first served site so you gotta be the lucky first one out there to get it on a weekend.
