    First DIY Project

Wanted to do a DIY project, so to keep it simple, and since I have no clue how to use a sewing machine, I bought a tablecloth from tableclothsfactory.com, whipped the ends and "boom", Done. One side of the hammock is sagging a little (the far side in the pics), but it is so comfortable that I am calling it success. Anybody know what I can do with the one side? I have noticed it keeps the sun out of the eyes. LOL

Set up the wife's Hammock Bliss Sky Tent around the hammock. I was a little skeptical of the Sky Tent when she got it, because the tarp seemed too small, but has turned out to be a good investment overall.

Great job. The sag looks normal for a diagonal lay. You would be surprised how easy it is to sew. Lots of tutorials here in the DIY section.

Look here for stretch side hammock to take up the slack. http://www.hammockforums.net/forum/s...ad.php?t=40959
