Winter NEHHA hang

I was voted in as the first president after we came up with the name, but have no problem passing it on. I kinda thought someone else was voted in already.

I posted a group hang here in western mass and we had a great turn out. During the hang I think that it was Skypainter that came up with the NEHHA name (New England Hammock Hangers Association). It was then that SkyPainter nominated me as the President. I think I was the only one that objected

Ive just been so busy with life that I haven't had time to dedicate to hosting a lot of regular events for the group. I would like to see someone that can list and organize regular hangs.

As to the presidency of the group I am wondering what are we expecting the leader to do. What are the tasks and roles that that person should consider undertaking?

I sure it is New England. It could be changed to North East at the next NEHHA meeting if its brought up as an amendment.

I'm not sure. I was just voted in as the president with no clue as to what I was being tasked to do other then list a group hang or two.
