    Fall is finally here

It is getting down below freezing for the first time this season. I love the turning of the leaves and I find this is perfect sleeping weather. Especially if it is too cold to get out in the morning. I love this time of year.
    Peace Dutch

Time to put your Sawyer Squeeze in your pocket at night so it won't freeze! Leaves were brilliant in Canaan Valley, WV and surrounding areas last week. Like hiking through a box of crayons!

The rich colours of autumn inspire the “Shutterbugs” as we document Mother Nature’s the weary transition to a winter slumber. With lined peak cap, down sweater and a touch of Baileys in my coffee, I enjoy this season above all others and never venture out without my camera.

We have snow on Mount Washington but it was 45F in the city when I woke up this morning at 5:30. New hammock kit coming next week, hopefully will be hanging in this great weather a few days after that.

Spring and Fall are the best, Fall more so as you don't have mud and monorails to deal with.

down in FL we consider that to be any time it drops below 70 (all the locals start wearing heavy ski coats, etc).... Bring it on... Time to bust out the hanging gear finally!

Well it wasn't below freezing this morning but I totally agree with the post Dutch. Man I love me some fall weather! Wish it lasted longer than it does ... but it most certainly is a glorious time of the year!
