I'll take one tonight. I've got some ribbon, but it wasn't wide enough for my big sausagey fingers to get anything good out of. I think it's about 3/4" wide...which, on that note, I've got two rolls of this stuff if anybody can put it to use.

You know i have a few bags so when i was doing research for UQ/TQ and saw the prices for custom made gear and took a better look at my own gear i realized i had a bag (down bag) that I could part with.
What i did was i took the bag to a local seamstress and for 35 dollars she removed the zipper, took off about seven inches as the bag was an Xlong, sewed a nice footbox and removed the hood and actually made me a hat out of the hood.
She did this all for 35.00. All came out fantastic.
So for 35.00 i got a great TQ that will serve me into the low teens.
So if you can find a good score on gear why not convert and save some hard earned dollars.
We all have extra gear just kicking around...no point in letting things go to waste right.
