Hello everyone. Still waiting for my hammock, tarp and suspension lines; making my hammock with whoopie slings, and bought a cheap tarp. Just for starters now. My wife has been into for a few months and I am always slow to get on to her cool ideas; but here I am now. We are hiking to the Maryland MAHHA this weekend, but I will be sleeping on the ground underneath her hammock; used to the ground during my Army years so it's all good. Really excited about this hike and hope to see some great set ups and get some great ideas and most of all; meet some wonderful people and make some new friends.
