Hello all
I have been reading these forums for a few weeks and really enjoy the freindly feeling I get. I have been section hiking on the AT and as most people know in PA the ground is brutally rocky so I am going to try a hammock. I seem to be going a differant way than most though I am making my own gear. I am currently working on a bridge hammock after watching Griz's videos. Next will be a Tarp then a bug net. Lets just hope my rear does not meet the ground in a spectacular failure of sewing.
I see more and more NJ type people signing on and I am hoping we can get more group hangs going. I look forward to being part of this new for me community.
