Louisiana Trek

I was planning on going to New Orleans sometime in the next two months and rambling around Louisiana for a few days as well. Any suggestions about places to go, where to camp, trails to hike, that sort of thing. My last trip was to New Iberia in Southwestern Louisiana and there's a lot there I still haven't seen...

Hmmm. Sounds good. Anything in particular that you'd recommend seeing on the way from New Orleans to Kissatchie? My travels in Louisiana have been to New Iberia, Lafayette, and Abbeville.
