    LOL I picked up
    XLC Blackbird double 1.7 45/48 400lbs 265.00

My Pomeranian dog weighs 8lbs so I figured I better get something big.

    Then I got the
Superfly (olive brown) 132"x120" 19 oz Silnylon 130.00

have to keep the poor little dog dry. She hikes with me all the time. Looks kinda funny actually when you see this big 250lbs man with a beard like a biker with this tiny dog. I get some photos or video when it comes it

I know right. I'm not really at liberty to say how much damage I've done to my wallet this month, but man does it add up fast. And I dont even have an UQ yet. I'm sure that's another $200-$300 to come! In any event, im feeling pretty comfortable with what I have so far and think I'll be able to lock down the checkbook soon haha!!

I am going to try a whole new idea to hiking. I have been playing with this belt for 2 weeks now.

I searched utube 2 weeks and found this guys video and thought well look at that my idea just might work.

Right now I have 35lbs on my belt and it feels like 2 pounds. Now I run a small pack with very few items. So this way I move the weight every where making for a very nice walk.

I am thinking I sew 1 inch webbring on the hammock bag and now I can attach it either to the outside of the pack or the belt. Making for a compact system. But at the same time I can move very quickly.

Now this is all theory right now. It works well when I go shooting. So I am think it will work well for this. But I need to test it
