I was at Academy last night and noticed they had several hammocks in the camping/outdoor area. They had these large eybolts with integrated snap link to hang a hammock to a stud. Thought it might be an easy solution for some of the people here looking for hardwear to hang their hammocks inside. There wasn't a price on the packaging, so I don't know how much they are.

I used similar snap hooks at one point and they did not work well. The hooks distorted so the gate would not close properly. Did not result in a catastrophic failure. But I stopped using them when I realized they were distorting. I would not recommend them.
