Hello everyone! I say shocked because I have just discovered this world! I have been eyeing the Eno hammocks at a local supplier. I finally talked myself into buying one and after doing some reading and just found out people are camping in them. I love the idea. I am an avid camper and have a few tents and lots of gear but this looks really fun! I can tell I have a lot of reading to do on these forums. Looking forward to my first full night out in my hammock.

I have had a little time to look over the forums today and look forward to looking at even more tonight. You guys are great and there is loads of advice that will really help me here.
Shug, I have watched a few of your videos and must admit, they are what really got me excited about hammocking. They have been a been help in helping me understand everything. I look forward to learning from everyone's experience and then creating my own experiences!
