    Hammock arrived yesterday

So yesterday morning I got up to find my new, and, first ever hammock had arrived. I got a GT SBP. All I could do was hang it on porch railings to inspect it for any defects. I was going to take it to a local forest here in the North Shore of Boston today, BUT, I got called in for an extra shift at work this morning. I am writing this before I leave for work. I cant wait to hang this and see where and how I will modify it. Hopefully Sunday ill be the day!!!!

Congrats on the SBP. It was my second hammock and I really enjoyed it. I recommend getting an adjustable ridgeline and running it through the netting to hold it up. This prevents the possibility of the tieouts pulling out of the mosquito net when you tie it up.

There is a thread on here by Buffalo Skipper and someone else that gives step-by-step instruction. Good luck!

Any chance you could post the link to that? I bought the same hammock about a month ago and have had one night in the garage with this hanginging from my yard hammock rack but can't get the right angle. I'm digging post holes now for a couple of 4x4x10's in the back yard so I can set it up correctly. Can't wait for my first real outside overnight hang.
