    Question Are they there?

    Hey Guys

Writing from Australia... Hi to all

I'm just trying to find out if the guys at WBO are in and processing orders?
I have recently put my order in for a WBB 1.7 & tarp
I have contacted the/emailed a couple of times to no avail?

    Are they away?
    Any news much appreciated...

    Thanks all

    Andy...

Hi trekka, I am also in Melbourneand have ordered from WB twice before.i have asked the same question you just did first time I ordered too. If you got your Paypal confirmation, Brandon will get you sorted. Usually don't hear back until the item is being shipped.

Where abouts are you on Melb? Done much hanging?

Usuall had to wait several weeks for BB to ship but Brandon moved to large facility recently and seems to be getting produts shipped out much faster. Well worth the wait.

Many of the cottage vendors are one or 2 people operations so time spent on the computer answering email is time they are not making and shipping products.

I have 3 BB's and would like to pick up one of the new Camo BB's and a RR.
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !

Well i looked on PayPal this morning and it seems as though it has been processed and Shipped!
I haven't had any reply to my email or any other confirmation so i was unsure what may be happening...

I would assume they are busy and are focused on getting product out...

So hopefully should be here within a couple of weeks fingers Xed

    Thanks for the input guys...

Don't worry brother, you will get it! And when you do you will be begging for someone to show you how to do a backflip!

I know when I ordered my hammock I contacted Brandon shortly there-after due to me fudging up the address. The making of the hammock was happening as I was moving and I realized I would be at a different address by the time the hammock was completed - then shipped to the new tenants! NOOOO!! But Brandon was the man, responded fairly promptly and took care of it. Needless to say about 2 - 3 weeks after my order, I received my "shipped" email! Then got it and asked people to show me how to backflip!

I haved used the wbbb a few times but my first proper hang was a couple of months ago up at the snow, trying to pitch the superfly in gale force wind. It was a great gear test and it worked superbly even though there are teething problems with my guy line setup. We should get a Melbourne hang going
