    Dutch Flyz

Ok, so I know dutch flyz are designed to work specifically with zing it 1.75mm, but I was just wondering if it worked with different diameter lines, I found this:
    http://www.frjonesandson.co.uk/produ...throwline-50m/
It is less than half the price of zing it and has a higher strength rating, as far as i can make out it is a hollow braid line and basically the same stuff so I was just going to buy it. However I wanted to have some Dutchware and I've never seen anything posted about anyone using different lines with dutch Flyz. So will it work?

    Thanks

    Craig

I was thinking it would, it was was mostly because it is only 1.5mm instead of 1.75mm that I was a bit dubious.

i have 2.2 zing it and it doesn't really work, i mean it's tight but it snags around the antennae and can only wrap once.

I use 1.9 tech line no problem.
No reason the smaller line won't work in the flyz, at worst you might have to take an extra turn around the antenna.

I use it with dyneema, 1.75 zing it and no -tangle all with no issues so far. Seems fine on small diameter line.

You can open the antenna a little and it will work although it was designed for 1.75.
