    Question so many choices

What's the diferencebetween Zing it and Lash it.. they're the same price on ReddenMarine.
Just got Dutch Flyz and realized my 2.2 Zing It doesn't really fit so i am back on their website. Just wondering what I should buy- there's also Amsteel which I am not familiar with. I am using this on my Superfly tarp BTW not as a SLS.
    Any thoughts or suggestions?

Zingit and Lashit are pretty much the same thing. Zingit is yellow and has a waxy coating. Lashit is grey and I don't believe it has any coating. Either will work great for a ridgeline.

They basically are the same thing although the zing it feels more slippery and it is a little tighter weave. Of course there is color. Lash it grey and zing it yellow.

    Hey Sunshower,

The 1.75mm Zing-it will work great for you. Zing-it is an arborist's throwline, thus the waxy coating. It helps it "zing" across the bark and also helps protect it from abrasion. We're just lucky it's super light, easy to splice, has low bulk and is otherwise perfect for us to use as well!

Amsteel is another rope made from Dyneema (same as Zing-it or Lash-it). Even it's smallest available diameter (7/64") is too large for tarp suspensions, etc. It is, however, an excellent option for whoopie slings!
