It takes a lot of calories to keep up high function, in hard conditions.

Actually, Shug used you as a prime example of someone he respects, who totally understands and properly maintains calorie intake on the trail.

This is something everyone needs to read and follow. Balance is important out there and being smart and sharing plans can be the difference between a great trip and a bad one.

It's great to hear/see that you two had fun out there on your big day. That trail is a great place for two friends to get soaked, cold and walk that dreadful lake walk. Man, I miss that trail!

The lake walk was like walking into a dream! Tough walking on the sinky rocks.
It was good to have company on this trip.
