    WBBB MultiCam 1st Night Abandoned!

So the new WBBB came in yesterday, set it up and dialed it in. Tried my first night last night with my PLUQ, too cold. It got down to 39* here last night and I bailed, CBS. Going back at it tonite, tweaked a few other things, not going to be as cool tonite, should be successful.

One of my earliest hangs - was cool much of the night but really cold by morning. Wondered what it could be since this was with my new UQ - which had slipped its moorings and slid away from underneath me and over to the right side of the hammock leaving me completely exposed! Sure enough you learn to do battle another day. Good luck tonight!

Had the same thing happen and found the problem before the evening progressed. Under quilt hooks correct the problem long-term.

With my brief experience, its about dialing everything in: tarp, UQ, OQ, clothing, food, hammock. 39 degrees is not that cold if you have the right equipment and dial "settings."

    Good luck tonight!

Temporarily dialed in, great night. I ended up using a synthetic sleeping bag as a "pad" and laid on top of that with a 40* synthetic bag improvising as a TQ. It only got down to 44* and I slept warm all night. I will be pulling the trigger on an 20*UQ/40*TQ combo today. I believe it will fit most of my needs, for now. Warbonnet Balck Bird show do sleep nice.
