Just a shout out to Raiffnuke for making me an overcover for my Blackbird and a Jerry Chair. We did a gear trade and I want everyone to know how much I like his stuff. Craftsmanship first rate.
Picture of overcover attached! Used it at Fall MAHHA. (Thanks for pic, Soundman!) I’ve used the overcover for about 10 nights now from temps as low as 34 degrees to 50 degrees, from dry to buckets of rain conditions. No condensation inside yet! The workmanship is excellent and I’m very happy with it. Seems I have a tendency lately to camp in colder temps than warmer and I’m keeping it on my hammock as part of my regular setup. (Of course, it will be nice to be able to completely remove it when I don’t need it.) It’s made out 1.1. breathable ripstop and weighs 4 oz.
Thanks Raiffnuke!
