Looks like y'all are going to have a great weekend and the temps predicted are promising that you will have the potential for an actual frozen butt.

i think i posted someplace that Friday night we all go to dinner out, and Saturday we eat at camp. If its ok, id like to flip flop that so we can be there to meet all comers to the campsite. its been bugging me slightly with the last hang someone came while we were out and didnt end up camping with us because they couldnt figure where we were.

and i think this will work out better too for the sports store field trips, because while were out we can pick up fresh ingredients and such for the nights dinner and not have to fight rush hour traffic.
Just my unsolicited $0.02: With this many people, dinner OUT may just be a logistical nightmare. You mention flip-flop...if I may counter-change, I suggest Friday night we all fend for ourselves - with everybody showing up at different times, there's no way to tell who we're feeding Friday night. If you're already there during the day, there are gracious plenty places around the area to go get some vittles with a few peoples.

Saturday morning and lunch, everybody does their thing, gets what they need, etc...then Saturday night we have a group cook.

    Thoughts?

I think Saturday night potluck is better since everyone will be coming in at different times Friday and some not until Saturday. Just my $.02 which my husband says isn't worth much. (just kidding honey, if you see this)

Fish on, we ain't elitist like some other types of folks. In fact we're a little backward. Newby ain't a bad word here. In fact, bein' one makes you the guest of honor at any group hang. There is nothing more important to a growing passtime as newcomers and we can't wait ta meet ya.

This hang is gettin' outa hand.....'bout time!
Thanks for the kind words Capt'n- sounds like we're gonna have a Blast!! Can't wait and bring on the COLD!!!
